Who Are We?

In 1987, Gainesville Care Center (GCC) opened its doors to women and their families facing an unplanned pregnancy.  In the 1990s and the first decade of  2000, GCC added ultrasound services and Sexually Transmitted Infection and Disease testing.  As GCC's vision grew, "To stop abortion in Hall County," we focused on providing "Pregnancy and Sexual Choices" information which was medically accurate and helpful in decision making.  With this transition, GCC rebranded to Choices Pregnancy Care Center, and grew in patient #s, # of visits, staff, patients who accepted Christ as Savior and in Babies saved (defined as a abortion vulnerable or determined mom who literally changed their mind about abortion after seeing their ultrasound and considering their choices). In June, 2012, Choices opened our second location in Flowery Brance (South Hall) and in August 2019, we moved the second location 3 miles closer to the UNG Gainesville Campus (still in Flowery Branch).  In 2018, Choices increased STI/STD testing for men and women and started down the path to become accredited by AAAHC, which means we are striving to meet over 550 rigorous medical and organizational standards resulting in exceptional patient care.

Choices partners with individuals, churches, businesses, and a variety of community agencies as we minister the love of Christ to hurting people by providing complimentary and highly confidential services. We are a 501(c)3 non profit, non-denominational faith-based ministry operating in a financially responsible manner guided by biblical principles.
